摘要： A low curing nonaqueous polymeric vehicle comprising a cross-linking agent and a polymer is described. The cross-linking agent is a blend of blocked tetramethylxylene diisocyanate (TMXDI) prepolymer and a blocked trifunctional trimer of hexamethylene diisocyanate or biuret of hexamethylene diisocyanate.
