摘要: An object is to achieve both good washing fastness and texture by combining a urethane resin of high fracture elongation with a small quantity of crosslinking agent. As a means for achieving the object, an inkjet ink composition for textile printing is provided that contains a pigment, a water-dispersible resin, a crosslinking agent, and water; wherein, as the water-dispersible resin, a resin of 1200 to 1800% in fracture elongation and 10 to 48 MPa in tensile strength is contained by 1.0 to 3.0 parts by mass relative to 1 part by mass of the pigment, and the crosslinking agent is contained by 0.03 to 0.17 parts by mass relative to 1 part by mass of the water-dispersible resin.

摘要: This invention generally provides blocked isocyanate compositions and more specially blocked isocyanate compositions useful in aminoplastic resins, phenoplastic resins or latex resins for composite wood products, wherein the blocked isocyanate composition is obtained by adding alkylene carbonate to a blocked isocyanate (A), wherein the blocked isocyanate (A) is obtained by reacting a secondary amine (a1) with a reaction product (a2) of a polyfunctional isocyanate and a monofunctional hydroxyl containing compound, wherein the monofunctional hydroxyl containing compound is a polyethylene oxide polymer with terminal hydroxyl group, polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene monols or a mixture thereof, wherein the portion of blocked isocyanate (A) by weight percentage of the blocked isocyanate composition is between 50 and 90, preferably between 60 and 80. The compositions are stable at room temperature when mixed with active hydrogen containing compounds. The composition has low visicosity and after de-block has the potential to reduce free formaldehyde levels in formaldehyde containing resins.

摘要: A polyisocyanate component, a polyurethane foaming system, and an article made therefrom, wherein the polyisocyanate component includes (a) a preformed mixture including an aromatic oxazolidone compound that is the reaction product of at least one aromatic epoxide and at least one first polyisocyanate having an average isocyanate functionality of no more than 2.7 and greater than 1.8, in the presence of at least one catalyst, the aromatic oxazolidone compound includes at least one free isocyanate group and at least one aromatic oxazolidone group, the aromatic oxazolidone group includes an aromatic group and an oxazolidone group, and (b) at least one second polyisocyanate has an average isocyanate functionality equal to or greater than 2.7 and less than 6.0. The second polyisocyanate is added to the preformed mixture to form the polyisocyanate component. The polyisocyanate component has a viscosity of no more than 4.0 Pa-sat 25° C., an aromatic oxazolidone group content of 2 weight percent to 10 weight percent based on a total weight of the polyisocyanate component, and an average isocyanate functionality of from 1.8 to 6.0.

The optically clear adhesive sheet of the present invention is formed of: a cured product of a heat-curable polyurethane composition, the heat-curable polyurethane composition containing a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component, and a tackifier, the polyol component having an olefin skeleton, the polyisocyanate component being a modified polyisocyanate that is obtained by reacting an acyclic aliphatic and/or alicyclic polyisocyanate containing an isocyanate group with an ether compound containing an ethylene oxide unit.

摘要: Described herein is a method of manufacturing a one-pack polyurethane dispersion, where the dispersion includes a polyurethane containing hydroxyl groups and at least one group selected from the group consisting of acid groups and polyalkoxylene groups, the acid groups of the polyurethane, if present, being neutralized to an extent from 0 to 100 mol-% of the acid groups; and a fully blocked polyisocyanate; where the method includes obtaining a mixture A; reacting a hydroxy-functional polymer with mixture A, thus-obtaining a mixture B; and neutralizing 0 to 100 mol-% of the acid groups, if contained in mixture B, based on the total amount of acid groups in mixture B. Also described herein are one-pack polyurethane dispersions obtainable according to the method, one-pack coating materials including the same and coated substrates including cured coating materials.
