摘要: A coupling nut includes: a simple fastening nut housing case having bolt insertion holes for insertion, from end portions of the simple nut housing case, of bolts to be coupled, and, in sections of the housing case toward end portions thereof, simple fastening nut housing portions configured to non-rotatably house simple fastening nuts that screw together with the bolts inserted into the bolt insertion holes; and a simple fastening nut that is housed in each simple fastening nut housing portion of the housing case, provided with at least two or more nut segments that are biased by biasing springs, and configured to screw together with a screw portion of the inserted bolt when the housing case is rotated in a screwing direction after insertion of the bolts. One simple fastening nut has a left-hand thread and the other has a right-hand thread.

摘要: The present invention is configured by a wood screw main body, and a truncated cone-shaped washer that is rotatable in relation to a head of the wood screw main body such that a top surface of the head and a top surface of the truncated cone-shaped washer are substantially on the same plane, and attached so as not to detach from the head. When a retainer element is secured by the wood screw to a wood material to be supported, frictional heat can be prevented from occurring in the retainer element, and the retainer element can be secured by only the fastening force of the wood screw. The retainer element can be efficiently prevented from breaking, and attached such that the head of the wood screw and the surface of the retainer element are on the same plane.

摘要: A nut for slidable application to a bolt has a nut body with a first end, a second end, and a through hole. The nut body has an outer wall formed in the and an inner wall defining the through hole including at least a portion thereof being an inclined wall hole having a diameter decreasing from a first diameter to a second diameter proximate the second end. A stop flange extends radially inward into the through hole at the first end of the nut body and defines a bolt exit aperture. Three guideposts are formed coaxially on the inner wall of the inclined wall hole. Three nut segments have inclined outer surfaces complementing an inclination angle of the inner wall of the inclined wall hole and inner surfaces with threads. The three nut segments are movably disposed between the guideposts so as to permit sliding movement in an axial direction and radial displacement urged by sliding engagement of the inclined outer surfaces with the inner wall of the inclined wall hole. A flange is disposed at the second end of the nut body and extends inward of the second diameter to define a bolt insertion aperture, through which the bolt passes during application of the nut body to the bolt, and thereby retains the nut segments between the guide posts. A spring is disposed between the stop flange and the nut segments to bias the nut segments toward the second end of the nut body.

摘要: A nut main body has a slanted hole with a smaller inner end portion having a plurality of stepped portions of differing height. This gives the slanted hole a differing depth relative to a large-diameter end portion of the slanted hole at a plurality of locations about a circumference of the slanted hole. A plurality of nut segments are slidable within the slanted hole and come into contact with at least one of the stepped portions. The nut segments have screw threads at an inner wall surface. A washer is provided at a large-diameter side of the plurality of nut segments. A bias spring is attached within the nut main body so as to urge the plurality of nut segments towards the small-diameter side of the nut main body with the washer therebetween. A stopper piece holds the bias spring within the nut main body.
