摘要： A rechargeable galvanic cell which comprises a zinc anode, a cathode and an electrolyte wherein the electrolyte comprises an aqueous alkaline solution containing alkali metal zincate and a polycation in an amount sufficient to suppress the formation of zinc dendrites on the surface of the zinc anode during cell charge.
