摘要： A plug-type connector for connecting end portions of a pair of FFCs extending in parallel to each other. The connecter is provided with: a holder having a placing frame provided on the surface and backside thereof with a pair of placing faces on which the end portions of the pair of FFCs are respectively placed; and a fixing member capable of fixing the end portions of the FFCs to the corresponding placing faces of the holder. The fixing member includes: an annular portion which defines an insertion hole into which the placing frame of the holder with the end portions of the FFCs placed on the corresponding placing faces, can be inserted together with the FFCs; and engagement portions which are engageable with corresponding engaged portions of the holder when the annular portion is brought toward the holder with the pair of FFCs previously inserted into the insertion hole of the annular portion.

摘要： A connector which has a structure appropriate for height-lowering is provided. The connector has a concave part 11 formed from a pair of opposing side walls 12a and 12b, and a back wall 12c which is orthogonal to this pair of opposing side walls 12a and 12b, and the rectangular plate bottom board. The blade contact 3 according to the present invention is configured such that it is inserted towards and engaged with the concave part 11 from the back wall 12c, and the contact connection part 31 for connecting to the opposing contact is in contact with the bottom surface of the concave part. Therefore, the position of the blade contact can be maintained by the bottom surface of the concave part 11 and the back wall 12c more firmly and easier. Thus, the thickness of the base 12 can be made thin and further lowering of the base connector can be realized.

The connector is provided with: a holder including a placing plate on which an end portion of the FFC is placed as temporarily held; and a fixing member capable of fixing the end portion of the FFC to the holder. The connector for coupling panels comprises an insulating housing having a through hole therein through which connector terminals are fitted therein, flanges orthogonal to a direction of insertion and removal through the insulating housing and projected outwardly from at least one wall face of the insulating housing, comprising front and back faces, respectively, and a pair of retainer members having flexibility, fixedly attached to both side ends or both up-down ends of the insulating housing, respectively, wherein the retainer members are provided with a pair of retainer stepped parts, facing each other, and there is a gap for allowing fixture of the panel between the front and back faces of the respective flanges and the respective retainer stepped parts of the retainer members.

摘要： A connector with retainer members which is not broken even if elastic retainer pieces of the retainer members are excessively bent when the connector is attached to a panel. The connector with retainer members comprises an insulating housing proper having penetration holes inside thereof through which a plurality of connector terminals are fitted therein, flanges protruded outwardly from right and left or upper and lower wall faces of the housing proper in a direction orthogonal to a direction of insertion and removal of the connector, a pair of retainer members having elasticity and fixedly attached to both sides of the back face of the flanges. The retainer members comprise posts fixedly attached to the flanges, and elastic retainer pieces having flexibility and formed by folding back the posts in a substantially inverted V-shape from each head thereof, and said elastic retainer pieces comprise retainer stepped parts at tip ends engaged with peripheral edges of attachment ports of a panel, and tongue pieces provided on the tip end of the retainer stepped parts and the tip ends of the tongue pieces are butted against the posts for restricting the elastic retainer pieces from being excessively bent.

摘要： A connector includes a housing to be attached to a front face of a panel. A panel has a mounting opening through which a rear portion of the housing is inserted. The rear portion of the housing has a lance extending in a direction parallel to the front face of the panel. The mounting opening has a concave portion through which the lance is inserted. When the housing is moved in a first direction along the front face of the panel, a locking piece that continues to a concave portion locks the tip of the lance such that the housing is difficult to move in a second direction.
