摘要： The invention relates to a stable uncrosslinked hemicellulose paste and also to a method for production thereof. The hemicellulose obtained by alkaline extraction from a hemicellulose-containing material is thereby treated in the alkaline medium with an oxidant, subsequently the pH value is reduced. Subsequent thereto, precipitation and separation of excess liquid is effected with formation of a homogeneous and stable paste. The pastes according to the invention are used in the field of foodstuffs and food additives.
