摘要： A seat lift mechanism in an automotive vehicle incorporates a swivel base mounted on a stationary base secured to a compartment floor of the vehicle for rotation about a vertical axis so as to be moved between a forward-facing position where the front side of the swivel base is oriented to the front of the vehicle, and a sideways position where the front side of the swivel base is opposed to a side door opening of the vehicle. A frame is supported on the swivel base for rotation therewith and a lift rack provided thereon with a passenger seat is mounted on the frame. The lift rack is connected to the frame by means of a link mechanism in such a manner that when the swivel base is retained in the sideways position, the lift rack and seat are movable from a first position on the frame to a second position close to the ground where the seating surface of the seat is maintained at an inclined angle. An actuator is combined with the link mechanism to reciprocate the lift rack and seat between the first and second positions. With the seat lift mechanism, the seat can be moved out of the door opening and lowered to the position adjacent to the ground. Thus, an aged or handicapped person can easily sit on the seat or stand up therefrom, and get in or out of the vehicle without any difficulty.

摘要： A mobile communication system that can preliminarily inform a user of the possibility of an occurrence of interruption of a call, which is peculiar to the system of the TDMA type. In this mobile communication system, a CPU measures a received level of speech quality by detecting data representing speech quality in an SACCH frame on the basis of a result of analysis of a received frame by means of a receiving portion. In the case where the received level is less than a predetermined value, a counting portion is caused to start counting. If the received level is low in the case of the next SACCH frame, the count is incremented. When the count reaches a predetermined value, a speaker serving as alarming means is operated so as to produce a warning tone. Thereby, a warning is given to a person who is currently using the system.

摘要： A transmission power level monitoring apparatus suitable for use in a digital communication system using a TDMA method. The transmission power level monitoring apparatus detects start and end times of a transmission slot in each TDMA frame. An A/D converter is triggered in the start and end times so as to convert transmission power into a digital signal. It is then decided whether or not the transmission power is in an improper state during the transmission slot and a nontransmission slot in each TDMA frame. If the answer is yes, then measures such as a display of a message indicative of its improper state on a display device, the transmission of data indicative of its improper state to other system and turning off a power source for a power amplifier of a transmitter are taken.
