    摘要: This camera actuator comprises: an optical path bending member; a lens unit disposed at a subsequent stage of the optical path bending member; a first actuator that is disposed near the optical path bending member and displaces the optical path bending member; and a second actuator and a third actuator that are disposed near the lens unit so as to be apart from each other in a first direction, and that respectively displace the lens unit in a second direction and a third direction that are orthogonal to the first direction and orthogonal to each other. As a result, the present invention provides a camera actuator capable of improving the degree of freedom of design around the optical path bending member.

    摘要: An objective lens driving device is provided with an objective lens; a lens holder for holding the objective lens; a pair of linear suspension springs for supporting the lens holder at each one end; a spring holder whereupon the other ends the springs are fixed; and a driving means for at least driving the objective lens in a tracking direction together with the lens holder. The linear suspension springs have narrowed or widened end compared with the other end in plan view from an optical axis direction. The lens holder is supported to be driven in the tracking direction, by having the cross point of the two lines, which pass the suspension spring ends on one side and are vertical to the extending directions of the linear suspension springs, respectively, at the driving center.

    摘要: A magnet used for an actuator of an optical pickup has a magnetization pattern with two different pole areas adjacent each other. At a corner part defined by the boundary line of the two pole areas, the pole area inside the corner part has a projection area, projecting in the direction of the pole area outside the corner part. Owing to the existence of the projection area, insufficiency of the magnetic flux density at the corner part particularly close to the vertex can be improved so that a desirable magnetic field can be provided to the printed coil substrate disposed in the vicinity of the magnet.

    摘要: A magnet used for an actuator of an optical pickup has a magnetization pattern has two different pole areas adjacent with each other. At a corner part defined by the boundary line of the two pole areas, the pole area inside the corner part has a projection area, projecting in the direction of the pole area outside the corner part.     摘要: An optical pickup apparatus (100) is provided with: a carriage body (80); an optical parts accommodation module (70) mounted on said carriage body and accommodating at least (i) a light beam emitting portion (41, 42, 55) for emitting a light beam, (ii) a light beam receiving portion (57, 65), (iii) a beam splitter (44) and (iv) a grating (43) for generating a sub beam for a tracking adjustment out of the light beam emitted from said light beam emitting portion; and a grating adjustment mechanism (62, 63) for rotating said optical parts accommodation module. The optical parts accommodation module is mounted on said carriage body in such a condition that said optical parts accommodation module is allowed to rotate with an axis line of the light beam, which is irradiated toward a disc, as a rotational center. The grating adjustment mechanism has a cam plane (63) abut to an abut plane (52) formed at a portion apart from the axis line and including a slide cam member (62) mounted in such a condition that said slide cam member is regulated to be movable on a straight line with respect to said carriage body.

    摘要: A stopper 30 includes a projected portion 35 for restricting movement of a movable section in a focusing direction and a wall section 34 for restricting movement of the movable section in a tracking direction, the projected portion 35 and the wall section 34 being integrally formed from a synthetic resin. With the arrangement, a single stopper 30 can simultaneously restrict the movements of the movable section both in the focusing direction and the tracking direction and determine its movable ranges. Accordingly, unlike conventional arrangements, discrete stoppers for the focusing direction and the tracking direction do not have to be provided, thereby reducing the number of components and cost as well as facilitating mounting operation. In addition, even when a strong impact is applied, the stopper will not be deformed.
