    摘要： A method of controlling a User Equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system and a communication device in the UE are provided. The method including determining whether a first waiting time related to a call interruption event in a first call mode is exceeded; if the first waiting time is exceeded, transmitting a Session Initiation Protocol information (SIP INFO) message for switching the first call mode to a second call mode to an external device; and switching a call mode of the UE to the second call mode based on a response message in response to the SIP INFO message.
