    摘要: A coal treatment process containing a coal-beneficiation process module. The module is implemented into the conventional coal treatment process of a coal-fired power plant after a first step of grinding the coal in a coal mill. The process module sequentially extracts chemical substances of non-combustible ash, water, mercury and oil that are found in coal before the coal is fired, so that present invention can produce valuable products and achieve a high quality cleaned powdered coal-char to burn in a furnace to thereby reduce pollution and increase the efficiency of energy production from the coal.

    摘要: A method is provided for treating pain in patients recovering from post-surgical trauma by administering between about 13 to about 30 mg of diclofenac potassium in a liquid dispersible formulation over a period of at least 24 hours, wherein the daily total amount of diclofenac potassium administered is less than or equal to about 100 mg. The method is particularly useful in treating acute pain in bunionectomy patients.

    摘要: Tranexamic acid formulated in an oral dosage form with at least one agent that decreases tranexamic acid release in the stomach. Such formulations minimize nausea, vomiting, and other adverse gastric effects that may accompany tranexamic acid therapy, for example, to treat heavy menstrual bleeding. One embodiment is an extended release formulation with waxes, polymers, etc. that prevent a bolus release of tranexamic acid in the stomach. An alternative embodiment is a delayed release formulation with polymers that prevent release of tranexamic acid in the acid environment of the stomach and delay its release until the formulation reaches the less acid environment of the intestines. Such formulations enhance patient compliance with therapy because adverse effects of tranexamic acid therapy are reduced.
