摘要： A novel protein is a component of stem bromelain and is an anti-cancer agent, an immunostimulant and has antimicrobial activity. The protein may be isolated from stem bromelain by methods such as HPLC and has a molecular weight of about 25.08 kDa and an isoelectric point of about 3.8 or 3.85.
