    摘要: A circuit for producing four indications on a bicolor light emitting diode (LED) includes a ring oscillator, with two inputs controlling inverters of opposite phase. By enabling or disabling these inverters, either, both, or neither dies of the LED are energized, causing it to emit light of either of its two primary colors, a secondary color formed by the combination of its two primaries, or no light, respectively. Nonlinear resistances are used to equalize the brightness of the two primaries and set the hue of the secondary.

    摘要: A circuit for converting a monochrome video signal into individual video color signals includes a gate means for individually energizing the color guns of a color picture tube. Control logic sequentially enables the gates so that only one electron gun is energized at a given instant. The circuit works in cooperation with a commercially available pattern generator so that a plurality of rows of patterns of a particular color are scanned across the face of the screen. Because of the sequential scanning, various rows of the selected pattern are composed of the three primary colors.

    摘要: A resonant degaussing circuit provides rapid recovery for use with computer monitors or video display apparatus where frequent movement of the display apparatus occurs. The degaussing circuit comprises a capacitor in parallel with a degaussing coil. Triggering of an SCR causes the capacitor to discharge, so that it resonates with the degaussing coil to produce the desired AC degaussing current. The SCR is triggered only when the vertical deflection current is substantially zero, in order to eliminate interference of the vertical flux with the degaussing current.
