Abstract: A portable fluid dispensing apparatus has a reservoir, a dispenser, and a pump for pressurizing the fluid in the reservoir. The dispenser may be a spray wand. The pump is a hands-free pump such that an operator can hold a dog with one hand, the spray wand with the other hand, and yet still operate the pump, as by using a foot pedal. The apparatus is self-contained, such that there is no need for an external water or electrical power hook-up.
