    摘要: According to an embodiment, a molten-core retention structure comprises the following inside a reactor vessel that contains a reactor core: a bottom support plate, in which vertically penetrating flow holes are formed, that is provided beneath the core and supports the core; a bottom support plate support that is affixed to the reactor vessel and supports the bottom support plate; a thermally insulating spacer; a reticulated heat path that is affixed to the bottom support plate support with the thermally insulating spacer interposed therebetween and contacts the bottom support plate; and vertical heat paths that extend downwards from the reticulated heat path. The reticulated heat path and the vertical heat paths have higher coefficients of thermal conductivity than the thermally insulating spacer.

The core barrel (13) is provided in the reactor pressure vessel (11) and forms, with the inner side surface of the reactor pressure vessel (11), an annular downcomer (14) therebetween. The lower core support plate (17) is provided under the core so as to extend horizontally, and a large number of upward flow holes (80) are formed therein. The cylindrical porous plate (31) demarcates a lower plenum (16) and a bottom part of the downcomer (14), and a plurality of inward flow holes (83) that serve as flow paths from the bottom part of the downcomer (14) to the lower plenum (16) are formed therein. The inward flow holes (83) are inclined upward to the lower plenum (16) on the side on which the inward flow holes are open to the lower plenum (16).

    摘要: A method for inspection and maintenance of an inside of a nuclear power reactor is provided, which can perform positioning of a remote operated vehicle relative to an inspection target surface in a nuclear power reactor in a short period of time with high accuracy, and enhance the positioning repeatability for the remote operated vehicle, thereby enabling performance of the inspection and maintenance for the inspection target surface securely and satisfactorily. For the inspection or maintenance for the inspection target surface 1a in a nuclear power reactor by using the remote operated vehicle 30, a detection mark 3 is formed in advance by providing a notching, marking, punching or engraving process to the inspection target surface 1a before performing inspection or maintenance of the inside of the nuclear power reactor by using the remote operated vehicle 30. Then, the remote operated vehicle 30 is driven to move in the nuclear power reactor filled with water. During the movement, the detection mark 3 formed in the inspection target surface 1a is detected by using the remote operated vehicle 30 so as to determine the position of the remote operated vehicle 30.
