    摘要: A photographing system includes a lens apparatus having an image blur correcting device configured to correct and/or reduce image blur caused by vibration, a vibration sensor for detecting vibration applied to the lens apparatus, a position detecting device configured to detect a position change of the lens apparatus, and a controlling device configured to control the image blur correcting device using a detection signal of the position detecting device. The photographing system reduces the influence of low frequency noise of a vibration sensor, while maintaining the quality of a vibration isolation function of the lens apparatus.

    摘要: To provide a common rail that can prevent stress concentration from arising locally with respect to intersecting portions between a flow path and branching paths and can prevent damage such as cracks.A common rail that is used in a fuel injection system of an internal combustion engine comprises: a rail body portion that includes inside of itself a flow path along an axial direction; and branching pipe portions that are arrayed along the axial direction of the rail body portion, project from and are molded integrally with the rail body portion, and each of which includes inside of itself a branching path that branches from the flow path, wherein edges of inlets of the branching paths at intersecting portions between the flow path and the branching paths are chamfered, and, of the edges, the radius of curvature of the edges in the axial direction of the rail body portion is larger than the radius of curvature of the edges in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the rail body portion.

    摘要: A portion, positioned at an opening portion of a resist, of an anti-reflection film is etched using an etching gas containing a substituted hydrocarbon with a halogen. At the time of etching of the anti-reflection film, a carbon component of the substituted hydrocarbon with a halogen is formed as a carbonaceous deposit on side walls, less irradiated with ions, of the opening portion of the resist, and on side walls of an opening portion, formed by etching, of the anti-reflection film. The deposit acts as a side wall blocking film, to suppress lateral extension of the opening portion of the resist and the opening portion of the anti-reflection film by etching, thus allowing anisotropic etching of the anti-reflection film. With this etching method, it is possible to etch the anti-reflection film with a resist taken as a mask while suppressing a variation in pattern dimension.

    摘要: In an innercam system fuel injection pump, plungers 15 are provided in the direction of the radius of a rotating member 10 which rotates in synchronization with the engine. A cam ring 18, which regulates the movement of the plungers, is fixed in a housing 2. A first sleeve 25 for regulating the timing with which a cutoff port 22 opens and a second sleeve 26 for regulating the timing with which an intake port 21 opens are externally fitted on the rotating member 10 in such a manner that they can slide freely. The first sleeve 25 and the second sleeve 26 interlock with each other in a specific relationship and a timer mechanism 40, which is directly linked to the second sleeve 26, controls the quantity of rotation of the second sleeve 26. With this, stable injection timing control can be achieved.
