摘要： The present invention provides a multi-component kit comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a bisphosphonate or analogue thereof in combination with an effective amount of Vitamin D, a metabolite thereof, a precursor thereof or an analogue thereof, wherein the kit provides instructions for daily dosing and correct chronological order of administration of components to provide a dosing regime for reducing secondary osteoporotic skeletal fractures in subjects at risk for vitamin D deficiency.
