摘要： A grinding disk is provided with a support plate with anchoring projections. A drive connector is connected to the support plate. An elastically deformable pad in the form of an injection molded part of un-foamed elastomeric thermoplastic synthetic material is provided and has a first face and an opposite second face. The pad has a chamber structure provided on the first face. The chamber structure has chambers laterally delimited by intermediate walls. The chambers have a top side that is open and is facing in a direction of the first side. The pad has a substantially closed support surface provided on the second face and facing away from the chamber structure. A working element is to be attached to the support surface. The support plate is connected to the first face of the pad to support the pad. The anchoring projections of the support plate are embedded within the pad.

摘要： A surface fine machining tool has a working medium carrier with a bottom side and a top side. Grooves extend from the top side to the bottom side completely through the working medium carrier and have a narrowed portion at the bottom side but do not narrow upwardly toward the top side. The working medium carrier is an injection-molded plastic part. Lamellas with a holding rim and a lamella body are inserted with the holding rim in the grooves. The lamella body extends downward away from the holding rim, passes through the narrowed portion, and extends away from the bottom side. The lamellas are uniformly distributed about the bottom side. The grooves have an open end at a carrier rim of the working medium carrier. The open end has a cross-section matching the groove cross-section. A cover is connected to the top side and covers grooves and holding rims.

摘要： A grinding disk in particular for rotary fine machining of surfaces has a support plate and a drive connector connecting the grinding disk to a rotary drive machine. The drive connector is provided at a top side of the support plate. An elastically deformable cushion is disposed at a bottom side of the support plate. The cushion is covered with a working medium or with an adhesive coating for detachable attachment of a working medium disk. A cover is disposed on the support plate so as to define an axial intermediate spacing, wherein the cover is embodied as a mechanically loadable structural part and is connected fixedly at least to an outer rim of the support plate. Primarily radially extending ribs are disposed between the support plate and the cover and connected at least at some locations with the support plate and the cover.
