    摘要: Provided are an electron donor-azo-electron acceptor compound having a thiol-based anchoring group, a method of synthesizing the compound, and a molecular electronic device having a molecular active layer formed of the compound. The compound for forming a molecular electronic device includes an azo compound that has a dinitrothiophene group and an aminobenzene group having thiol derivatives. The compound forms a molecular active layer in the molecular electronic devices. The molecular active layer is self-assembled on an electrode using the thiol derivative in the azo compound as an anchoring group. The molecular active layer in the molecular electronic device forms a switching device switching between an on-state and an off-state in response to a voltage applied to electrodes or a memory device storing a predetermined electric signal in response to a voltage applied to the electrodes.

The door is rotatably coupled to a front end of the frame, thus allowing the door to rotate through a predetermined angle with respect to the frame. An amount of rotation of the door with respect to the frame may be selectively limited to utilize a tilting function of the door and to provide access to goods in the storage space.

    摘要: In the related art refrigerator, its structure for supplying water to a dispenser and water tank was complicated. In addition, since an icemaker is installed in a refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator, there is a problem in that the water supplied into the icemaker is frozen. Furthermore, if the icemaker is installed in the freezing chamber of the refrigerator in which the refrigerating chamber is formed at a lower portion thereof and a refrigerating chamber is formed at an upper portion thereof, there is another problem in that it is difficult to control the temperature in the refrigerating chamber or ice-making capability of the icemaker is lowered.The present invention is directed to a refrigerator. According to an aspect of the present invention for solving the above problems, there is provided a refrigerator including a refrigerating chamber formed at a relatively upper portion of a refrigerator body and a freezing chamber formed at a relatively lower portion of the refrigerator body, which comprises an ice-making chamber which is partitioned in the refrigerating chamber by means of insulating walls and includes an icemaker for making ice and an ice storage for storing the ice made in the icemaker, a first heat exchanger for generating cold air to regulate the temperature in the ice-making chamber, and a second heat exchanger for generating cold air to regulate the temperature in the freezing and refrigerating chambers, wherein the first and second heat exchanger are components of a heat exchange cycle. According to the refrigerator of the present invention so configured, there are advantages in that the temperature in the refrigerating chamber can be accurately controlled, the loss of cold air can be minimized and the structures for supplying water into the icemaker and the dispenser can be simplified.

A refrigerator according to the present invention comprises a pair of fixed rails 12 installed on both side walls of inner surfaces of a storage space 11; a pair of movable rails 22 combined with the fixed rails so as to be drawn forward with respect to the fixed rails 12; a food storage container 30 supported on the movable rails 22; a linkage mechanism for moving the storage container 30 upward in a certain range; and a holding means for holding the storage container 30 at a position where the storage container has moved upward by the linkage mechanism. The linkage mechanism includes first and second links 40 and 50, both ends of each of which are pivotably connected to each movable rail 22 and to the storage container 30. According to the refrigerator of the present invention, it is easy to take foods in and out of the storage container of the storage space positioned at a lower position of the refrigerator.
