摘要： The invention relates to a device for selecting a weft thread in a loom without shuttle, or otherwise expressed, in a loom which is supplied by lateral spools external to it, the device comprising a plate configured to define an opening on one side of a passageway and having a recess on the other side; a movable latch disposed within the plate, adapted to open and close the passageway as a function of the position of the batten of the loom; and a slide piece adapted to carry selected weft threads through the recess and passageway to and from the opening defined by the plate. For multi-color looms a rack bar is included to hold weft threads of different colors and natures.
