Abstract:
A language interpretation system receives a request for an interpretation of a voice communication between a first language and a second language. Further, the language interpretation system provides the request to a human language interpreter. In addition, a machine language interpreter translates the voice communication into a set of text data. The text data is sent to a display device that displays the text during a human language interpretation performed by the human language interpreter.
Abstract:
A language interpretation system receives a request for an interpretation of a voice communication between a first language and a second language. Further, the language interpretation system provides the request to a machine language interpreter. In addition, the machine language interpreter provides live language interpretation of the voice communication. The live language interpretation of the voice communication is halted by the machine language interpreter in real time during the live language interpretation based upon a criteria being met. Further, the voice communication is transitioned to a human language interpreter to resume the live language interpretation of the voice communication after the machine language interpreter is halted.

Abstract:
An Internet enabled communication device has a data module that sends user data through the Internet to a web services system, requests an acknowledgement from the web services system based on the user data to proceed with a voice communication, and receives the acknowledgement from the web services system if the web services system receives the user data and the user is authorized to proceed with the voice communication. The Internet enabled communication device also has a telephony module that, subsequent to the data module receiving the acknowledgement from the web services system, initiates the voice communication through a telephone network to an automated system. The automated system accesses the user data in the database to automatically connect the user to a service without the user having to input the user data through the automated system.

Abstract:
A language translation system receives a request for a translation of a set of text from a first language to a second language. Further, the language translation system provides the request to a machine language translator. In addition, the machine language translator performs a machine translation of the set of text from the first language to the second language. The machine language translator determines that the machine translation should be modified by a human translator. Further, the machine translation is provided to the human translator for modification after the determination.
Abstract:
In one aspect, there is a method of providing a language interpretation service. A request for language interpretation service can be received from a user at a computing device. The user speaks a first language. A user identifier that is associated to the user is generated. Additionally, the user identifier is transmitted to the computing device. The user identifier permits access to language interpretation service. The user identifier can be stored in a user database. A language access number can also be provided. The language access number can be a toll-free number. The language access number can be used to place a voice call to a language interpretation service provider for language interpretation assistance. A voice call from the user is received. The user places the voice call by dialing the language access number. Finally, language interpretation service is provided to the user if the user provides the user identifier. The language interpretation service interprets between the first language and a second language.
