Each sensor is programmed with a trigger rule, which describes a local condition that must be met for the sensor to trigger an event signal, and a relationship rule, which describes a hierarchy of communication control among sensors in the array of sensors. A processor receives and aggregates trapped messages, from an affected resource, which describe an event. The trapped aggregated message describes redundant messages about a same event. The trapped aggregated message is transcribed to create a transcribed trapped aggregated message, which is transmitted to the SOA response service to request the pre-set response. The pre-set response is translated into a protocol needed to initiate the pre-set response in an electronic element referenced by the pre-set response, and is then transmitted to the electronic element.

    摘要: Disclosed are a method, system, and computer program product for a Water Friend or Foe System (WFSS) including a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card in a SIM reader on a marine vessel. The WFFS system on the marine vessel transmits secure identity information and location information to a WFFS tracking station. The WFFS system on the marine vessel detects anomalies on the marine vessel and in response transmits an alarm signal to a WFFS tracking station and/or shuts down a propulsion system of the marine vessel. The WFFS system on the marine vessel can also receive a one-time “override” encrypted code to re-enable ship control of the propulsion system. The secure identity information and real-time vessel location are transmitted in one of: an Automatic Identifier System (AIS) message type or a Global Maritime Distress Safety System (GMDSS) message type.

These anomalies are represented in an anti-pattern, which depicts non-productive emergent information that describes activities that are detrimental to the progress of the process. The anti-pattern includes visually-coded areas that describe how severe the detrimental activities are to the process when combined. After the anti-pattern is created for the process, new non-productive emergent information for a current process is mapped onto the anti-pattern in the form of data patterns represented as visual fences. Appropriate steps are then taken to address the new non-productive emergent information, depending on the visually-coded area to which the new non-productive emergent information is mapped.

Magnesium(II) represents the preferred metal ion as magnesium is known to have neuroprotective effects. The metal ion is in part chelated by a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that does not inhibit platelet activity and includes salicylate and ibuprofenate. The complex also includes a ligand operative in transport across the blood brain barrier. A process for making an inventive complex includes the stoichiometric addition of ligands containing carboxylate groups to a solution of the metal ion. In instances where the metal ion is magnesium(II), a stoichiometric ratio of 1:1:1 is found between the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory ligand:magnesium(II):transporter ligand.
