At least one of the rings (2, 3) includes a housing (6), at least two raceway elements (7, 8) mounted in the housing (6) and at least one pre-stressing element (9) mounted in the housing. At least one pre-stressing element (9) mounted in the at least one of the inner and outer rings (2, 3) is provided with at least one portion (92) having a circumferential extension of less than 360° and in sliding contact with the other of the inner and outer rings (2, 3).
