摘要: Bearing arrangement of a wind turbine, including a bearing with an outer ring and an inner ring and a lubrication fluid provided between both rings, and at least one sealing means arranged at each side of the bearing for sealing the gap between the outer and the inner ring, whereby each sealing means is fixed to one ring and contacts the other ring with a flexible lip-like sealing element, wherein a pressure device for at least temporarily providing a gas overpressure in the sealed gap for increasing the contact load of the lip-like sealing element to the ring is provided.

摘要: A motor includes a shaft, a rotor shell, a bushing, a bearing, and a thrust plate. The rotor shell is connected with the shaft. The bushing has an accommodating space. The bearing is disposed in the accommodating space, and the shaft is disposed through the bearing. The thrust plate is connected with the shaft, and is disposed between a bottom of the accommodating space and a bottom of the bearing. At least one surface of the thrust plate is formed with a plurality of grooves tapering off from an edge to a center.

A method of sealing a dispensing system containing a food product creating a food product pressure, wherein the dispensing systems includes a drive shaft operably coupled to a seal assembly, the seal assembly including an annular resilient seal member disposed in an annular retaining member, the annular retaining member being operably coupled to at least one conduit, the method including the steps of: dispensing a medium through the at least one conduit to enter the annular resilient seal member to create a seal pressure greater than or equal to the food product pressure.

摘要: A pressure controlled chamber arrangement comprising a chamber, one or more seals arranged in use to limit fluid flow between the inside and outside of the chamber and a vent system arranged in use to remove a vent flow of fluid from the inside of the chamber. The vent system at least contributes to the formation of a pressure drop across the one or more seals from the outside to the inside of the chamber. The vent system comprises a flow controller arranged in use to control the quantity of fluid removal via the vent system in accordance with the sealing performance provided by the one or more seals, the vent system giving increased quantity of fluid removal for decreased sealing performance.

摘要: A rolling bearing is provided wherein one open end of the bearing space formed between an outer race and an inner race is covered with a sealing ring provided with oil flow holes provided with filters. The sealing ring includes a plurality engaging portions provided on the sealing ring in a protruding manner along the circumferential direction thereof, and engaged in recesses provided on the inner race. An annular member made of a material softer than that of the sealing ring is fixed to the sealing ring. The annular member includes a lip portion facing the outer race with a gap or kept in contact with the outer race. The sealing ring is formed by injection molding a resin, and weld lines generated during the injection molding are formed in the portions of the sealing ring corresponding to radial directions along which the oil flow holes are not disposed.

摘要: A bearing cover for separating an inner region of a bearing from the environment. The bearing cover according to the invention includes: an annular edge section (1) which is at a spacing from a bearing axis (X) and can be mounted in sealing manner on a connection region; a cover section (2) which extends in a region surrounded by the annular edge section and adjoins the latter; and a membrane element (3) which is designed as a gas-permeable membrane and enables pressure to be equalized between the bearing inner region and the environment. An opening section (4) is formed in the cover section at a location offset radially from the bearing axis and towards the annular edge, and the membrane element is disposed in this opening section which is radially offset from the bearing axis.
