摘要: A vehicle door lock device includes a base member on which a pivot shaft is supported, a first lever rotatably supported on the pivot shaft, a second lever rotatably supported on the pivot shaft and operated in association with a door handle, an engaging member including an engaging pin for engaging the first lever and the second lever with each other in a predetermined engaging position and disengaging from each other in a predetermined release position, and an operating bringing the engaging pin to operate between the engaging position and the release position. The first lever, the second lever, the engaging member, and the operating member are arranged on one side of the base member. The base member includes a restricting projection portion on the one side for restricting a movement of the engaging pin as in the release position in a peripheral direction relative to the pivot shaft.

摘要: A door lock apparatus includes a housing for accommodating a latch mechanism for holding a vehicle door to a vehicle body, a lever mechanism actuated when a door handle is operated, a link mechanism for connecting the lever mechanism to the latch mechanism, the link mechanism having a first position for transmitting operational force from the lever mechanism to the latch mechanism and a second position for preventing transmission of the operational force from the lever mechanism to the latch mechanism, and a motor drive mechanism for changing the first and second positions of the link mechanism. The housing includes a first accommodating space for accommodating the motor drive mechanism and a second accommodating space adjacently provided to the first accommodating space for accommodating the latch mechanism and a water preventing portion is provided for preventing water from entering the first accommodating space from outside the housing.

摘要: This invention provides an automotive door lock device capable of securely preventing a dropout of an operation connecting portion of an operation device from an operating lever connecting portion of an operating lever member. The automotive door lock device includes a housing having a housing body including an opening portion and a cover portion formed integrally with the housing body for opening and closing the opening portion. An operating lever member is placed in the housing and has an operating lever connecting portion. The operation device has an operation connecting portion to be connected to the operating lever connecting portion. The cover portion of the housing has a projecting portion for preventing a dropout of the operation connecting portion of the operation device.

摘要: The present invention relates to a connector attached to a fulcrum end of a pivotal door handle and into which wiring extending from a sensor is introduced, the sensor being built into the door handle to detect a predetermined signal from surroundings, the connector having a contact connected to the wiring. The present invention reliably prevents water from infiltrating into the connector and eliminates the necessity to also replace the door handle when the connector is replaced. The connector includes paired latch arms provided on respective sides of the door handle and which can be installed in and removed from the door handle; and a seal member provided at a port through which wiring is introduced.

摘要: The present invention relates to a connector holding structure in which a connector is held in a door frame, the connector being mated with a mating connector attached to a fulcrum end of a door handle and pivotally held in the door frame. The connector holding structure according to the present invention allows the connector to be smoothly mated with the mating connector while permitting a change in the orientation of the connector caused by a pivoting motion of the door handle. The connector has two projections arranged on each side in a horizontal direction. A door frame has a guide groove extending along a horizontal direction in association with a direction in which the two projections are arranged, and two grooves extending downward from the guide groove in association with the two projections to permit pivoting motion of the connector.

The latch mechanism is adapted to a vehicle door and latches the vehicle door to a vehicle body. The open link is engagable and disengagable with the latch mechanism. The inside lever is adapted to an inside handle of the vehicle door and is engagable with the open link. The cancel lever is connected to the open link and is arranged between the inside lever and the open link so as to be engagable with the inside lever when the open link is disengaged from the latch mechanism.

摘要: The present invention provides a support structure for a latch actuating lever and a lock actuating lever, which realizes a small and compact door lock apparatus for vehicles. The door lock apparatus includes a latch mechanism for maintaining a vehicle door in a closed state relative to a vehicle body, a latch actuating link coupled to the latch mechanism and actuating the latch mechanism to place the vehicle door in an openable state relative to the vehicle body, a lock actuating link for connecting or disconnecting the latch actuating link to or from the latch mechanism and thus making the latch mechanism operable or inoperable when the latch actuating link is actuated, and a base unit for supporting the latch actuating link and the lock actuating link. The base unit includes an annular support and a support shaft held in the annular support. At least one latch actuating lever, constituting the latch actuating link, is rotatablely supported on either one of the annular support and the support shaft, and at least one lock actuating lever, constituting the lock actuating link, is rotatablely supported on the other one of the annular support and the support shaft.
