摘要: The present invention relates to a connector attached to a fulcrum end of a pivotal door handle and into which wiring extending from a sensor is introduced, the sensor being built into the door handle to detect a predetermined signal from surroundings, the connector having a contact connected to the wiring. The present invention reliably prevents water from infiltrating into the connector and eliminates the necessity to also replace the door handle when the connector is replaced. The connector includes paired latch arms provided on respective sides of the door handle and which can be installed in and removed from the door handle; and a seal member provided at a port through which wiring is introduced.

摘要: The present invention relates to a connector holding structure in which a connector is held in a door frame, the connector being mated with a mating connector attached to a fulcrum end of a door handle and pivotally held in the door frame. The connector holding structure according to the present invention allows the connector to be smoothly mated with the mating connector while permitting a change in the orientation of the connector caused by a pivoting motion of the door handle. The connector has two projections arranged on each side in a horizontal direction. A door frame has a guide groove extending along a horizontal direction in association with a direction in which the two projections are arranged, and two grooves extending downward from the guide groove in association with the two projections to permit pivoting motion of the connector.

摘要: The present invention relates to a connector holding structure in which a connector is held in a door frame, the connector being mated with a mating connector attached to a fulcrum end of a door handle and pivotally held in the door frame. 摘要: A lever-type connector capable of simplifying a release operation for a lock of a lever locked by a lock while preventing the lock of the lever locked by the lock from unintentionally being released is provided. The lever-type connector includes a housing, a wire cover, a lever, and a lock. The housing includes a contact, while the wire cover attaches to a rear side of the housing. The lever includes a pair of side plates and a connecting part for connecting both of the side plates to each other. The lever bridges over the rear side of the wire cover and is rotatably attached to the housing between a release position and a mating position. The lock includes a cantilever plate-spring form and is positioned on the rear side of the wire cover in order to prevent rotation of the lever when set to the mating position.

摘要: There is provided a lever-type connector capable of preventing the dropping off from an inner housing from an outer housing to remain at a mating connector side, when the lever-type connector is separated from the mating connector. A lever-type connector is provided with an inner housing, an outer housing that is attached to the inner housing and that prevents the separation of a second seal; sliders that are received in slider receiving slots to move slidably and that have cam grooves into which cam pins arranged at the mating connector are inserted; and a lever that is provided at the outer housing to be movable and that slides the sliders. When the lever-type connector is separated from the mating connector, the sliders pull the inner housing in a direction away from the mating connector.

摘要: A waterproof structure includes an inner housing, a family sealing member, an outer housing, a projection. The family sealing member is positioned on the inner housing. The outer housing is positioned adjacent to the family sealing member, and presses the family sealing member against the inner housing. A plurality of contact receiving cavities are further provided and positioned in the inner housing, while a plurality of insertion holes are positioned in the family sealing member. Each insertion hole includes a circular cross-section, and corresponding to the plurality of contact receiving cavities respectively. A plurality of through holes are positioned in the outer housing and correspond to the plurality of insertion holes, respectively. Each through hole penetrate though the outer housing in the contact inserting direction, and the projection is provided in each of the plurality of through holes.

摘要: A lever-type connector capable of securely and efficiently carrying out a secondary latch onto a contact by a retainer and release of the secondary latch is provided. The lever-type connector includes an inner housing, an outer housing, a retainer, a slider, a lever and a first and second retainer operation passageway. The inner housing includes a contact receiving passageway for receiving a contact, which is latched by a retainer inserted into the inner housing. The inner housing is inserted into and received by the outer housing. The slider is movable within the outer housing and having a cam groove into which a cam pin provided on the mating connector is inserted. The lever is attached to the outer housing and moves the slider by rotation of the lever. The first retainer operation passageway is positioned on a side surface of the outer housing, while the second retainer operation passageway is located on the slider. The first retainer operation passageway is in communication with the second retainer operation passageway when the slider is set to a mated position.
