摘要： A dust separating apparatus for a vacuum cleaner is provided. The dust separating apparatus includes a cyclone configured to provide a plurality of cyclone airflows therein and a dust container provided separate from the cyclone. The cyclone includes a first air inlet configured to receive an airflow containing dust and a dust outlet configured to discharge dust separated by the plurality of cyclone airflows. The dust outlet is located in a central portion of the cyclone. The dust container is removably placeable into communication with the dust outlet to collect dust separated in the cyclone. A vacuum cleaner including the dust separating apparatus is also provided.

摘要： A vacuum cleaner includes at least one cyclone dust separation unit. A cover is formed over the cyclone dust separation unit to attenuate noise generated by the cyclone unit. Dimples or recesses may be formed on the interior of the cover to further attenuate noise. In addition, a noise attenuating material may be inserted between the cyclone dust separation unit and the cover.

摘要： A vacuum cleaner includes a dust collector which includes a first dust separator and a dust container in which a first dust storage unit is formed. A cover is coupled to the dust separating unit and is used to selectively open or close the dust storage unit. The cover is detached from the dust container together with the dust separating unit when the dust container is emptied. The vacuum cleaner may further include a second dust separator on the main body of the vacuum cleaner. In this instance, a second dust storage unit may be formed in the dust collector, and dust separated in the second dust separator may be stored in the second dust storage unit.
