Abstract: Methods are provided for treating a human having cancer comprising detecting at least one mutation in a Ras protein or a gene encoding at least one Ras protein from at least one tumor cell from said human and treating said human having at least one mutation in at least one Ras protein or a gene encoding at least one Ras protein with a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one MEK inhibitor comprising a compound of Structure (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof.
