摘要： The present invention relates to the use of cardiotrophin-1 (CT-1) for the prevention and/or treatment of acute renal injury, specially of acute kidney injury induced by nephrotoxic agents, such as contrast agents, antibiotics, immunosuppressive agents or antineoplastic agents. The invention is also related to compositions comprising said nephrotoxic agents and cardiotrophin-1.
