摘要: A prosthetic system for replacement of a portion of a hip bone including a plurality of acetabular components and a plurality of flange components. The prosthetic system also includes a plurality of pubis components. Each of the pubis components and each of the flange components are operable to connect to each of the acetabular components. Each of the pubis components define a clamping portion that is configured to attach to an opposed healthy pubis bone. An angle between the flange component and the pubis component varies among the acetabular components.

The intramedullary fixation device includes a first intramedullary component having a first bone-attachment end and a first elongated member, a second intramedullary component having a second bone-attachment end and a second elongated member, and a compliant member coupling the first and second intramedullary components for applying bone-compressing stress. The second intramedullary component defines a sleeve such that the first elongated member can pass therethrough.

摘要: A patellar implant includes a posterior portion and an anterior portion. The posterior portion may define an articulating surface and a first retaining feature. The anterior portion may define a tissue engaging portion and a second retaining feature adapted to advance into a mechanical interlock with the first retaining feature in an assembled position. The mechanical interlock between the first and second retaining features may cooperate to resist separation of the posterior and anterior portions in the assembled position.
