摘要： Disclosed are methods of producing an emulsion comprising determining a desired final pH of the emulsion, mixing an oil, surfactant, stabilizer, and a water-insoluble pharmaceutical, adjusting the pH of the mixture, and homogenizing the mixture, such that the starting pH of the mixture, the rotation speed of the homogenizer, and the temperature at which the homogenization is carried out are adjusted to give the desired pH.
