    摘要: A display device has a timekeeping unit that keeps time; and a display unit that displays numerals denoting the hour value of time information, numerals denoting the tens digit of the minute value of the time information, and numerals denoting the ones digit of the minute value of the time information at dispersed over the display area of the display device, and varies the position where time information is displayed by the numeral denoting the hour value, the numeral denoting the tens digit of the minute value, and the numeral denoting the ones digit of the minute value, based on time information kept by the timekeeping unit. The numeral denoting the hour value, the numeral denoting the tens digit, and the numeral denoting the ones digit are displayed on the display unit according to at least one of a specified display state and a specified display position.

    摘要: In processing a target sheet, raised letters (Braille) are formed by selectively driving a plurality of embossing pins arrayed in a direction perpendicular to a direction of feeding the target sheet such that the raised letters are represented in a projected bit pattern which is embossed at embossing points of a plurality of stages in two rows. Embossing operation is performed on the target sheet based on the emboss-inspection pattern which is made up of a repetition of the bit pattern. This emboss-inspection pattern facilitates to identify the cause of troubles, if any, in the embossing system.

    摘要: A data recording device is provided which is capable of preventing the recording of incorrect date and time data on photographic film due to malfunction of the time counter that generates date and time data for recording. Drive IC 31A of data recording device 30 is equipped with time counter 161 that generates date and time data for recording, and the count value of the date and time data generated by this time counter is stored in storage circuit 33. At the point immediately prior to the operation that changes the count value of the time counter, the date and time data in storage circuit 33 and the counter value of the date and time data from the time counter are compared in comparison judgment circuit 34, and if the two do not agree, malfunction detection signal 34S which indicates that the time counter has malfunctioned is output to driver 162 and the recording of date and time data by liquid crystal display panel 12 is stopped. Therefore, the recording of incorrect date and time data on the photographic film can be reliably prevented.

    摘要: A label to be attached to a linear or bar-shaped object is created by printing on a translucent printing tape and cutting off a printed tape part in a width direction of the printing tape. For creating the label, the printed tape part is divided parallel to its longitudinal direction and a print region where printing is performed is set. Printing is performed in the print region and the printed tape part is cut off. This region setting is performed in such a manner that the print region is overlaid with a non-print region, i.e., a non-print part in attaching the label around the object from an edge portion of the printed tape part in its width direction.

    摘要: Camera image data transfer device 1 of the present invention allows for the assembly of its components, with one component on top of another from the bottom up in one direction: liquid crystal display device for data transfer 6 is mounted in recess 28 on the inner side of first base 2; then, circuit board 5 and second base 3 are placed on top of it in this order; next, liquid crystal monitor display device 7 is mounted on the outer side of the second base; and finally fixture 8 securely fixes the display device to the second base. The whole device is fixed by securing the ends of dowels 21-27 to second base 3 with going through the entire structure and being extended from first base 2. Thus, the structure of the present invention facilitates assembly and produces fewer defects. Since liquid crystal monitor display device 7 can be mounted from the outside of second base 3, the light blocking base 302 can be formed in one body with second base 3, which eliminates the need for a special component for blocking external light which is required by the conventional structure.
