摘要： An electromagnetic contactor has a contact device including a contact housing for housing a pair of fixed contact pieces and a movable contact piece disposed to contact with and separate away from the pair of fixed contact pieces, a pair of arc-extinguishing inner permanent magnets disposed on inner peripheral surfaces of the contact housing, and a pair of arc-extinguishing outer permanent magnets disposed on outer peripheral surfaces of the contact housing at a section facing the arc-extinguishing inner permanent magnets. Magnetic pole surfaces of the arc-extinguishing inner permanent magnets are arranged in a close vicinity of the movable contact piece and are magnetized to have the same polarity facing each other. The arc-extinguishing outer permanent magnets are magnetized in the same direction as the arc-extinguishing inner permanent magnets disposed nearby and coercive force of the arc-extinguishing outer permanent magnets is greater than of that the arc-extinguishing inner permanent magnets.

摘要： A circuit breaker for a double-break mechanism includes a current interrupting section having a contact mechanism. The contact mechanism includes first and second fixed contactors arranged in parallel and having fixed contacts, and a bridging movable contactor having an arm with movable contacts opposing the fixed contacts. A magnetic plate may be interposed in a middle region between two pairs of the fixed and movable contacts extending along a path of switching movement of the movable contactor. Partition walls formed of organic polymer material may be provided to stand along the path of the movable contactor. The partition walls sandwich each pair of the fixed contact and the movable contact to form a narrow gap arc extinguishing space between the partition walls.

摘要： A circuit breaker for a double-break mechanism includes a current interrupting section having a contact mechanism. The contact mechanism includes first and second fixed contactors arranged in parallel and having fixed contacts, and a bridging movable contactor having an arm with movable contacts opposing the fixed contacts. A magnetic plate may be interposed in a middle region between two pairs of the fixed and movable contacts extending along a path of switching movement of the movable contactor. Partition walls formed of organic polymer material may be provided to stand along the path of the movable contactor. 摘要： A socket is molded at the edge of a plastic resin tube with a male mold and a female mold wherein the male mold comprises a large diameter part, a tapered part and a small diameter part and the female mold comprises a barrel for surrounding the male mold small diameter part with a gap larger than the thickness of the resin tube and a split stopper for closing the opening of the annular space formed between the male mold small diameter part and barrel. In the operation, the edge of the resin tube is heated to soften it and it is outwardly fitted on the male mold small diameter part and the stopper is contacted at the boundary part between the male mold small diameter part and the tapered part, or on the small diameter part near the boundary, and the barrel is connected to the split stopper to dispose it about the outer part of the male mold small diameter part, and the resin tube is pushed to the direction of the male mold large diameter part to fill the edge of the resin tube in the annular space formed by the male mold small diameter part and the barrel and the stopper so as to increase the thickness, and the barrel connected with the split stopper which is radially opened and the resin tube is pushed to the direction of the large diameter part so as to outwardly fit the edge of the resin tube having the thickness increased part on the male mold large diameter part.In the other embodiment, the barrel is not split and can be contacted with the split stopper. In this case, after increasing the thickness of the resin tube, the stopper is taken out from the male mold by radially opening it and the barrel is taken out to the direction of the male mold large diameter part.

A driving mechanism drives the moving-contact portion contactable to and separable from the stationary contact portions of the first and second stationary contacts.
