摘要： An electrical power outlet housing assembly is provided for mounting electrical and/or data outlets in a work area or the like. The housing assembly includes at least one outlet housing portion having an interior surface that is configured to support the electrical components of an electrical and/or data outlet. The outlet housing portion cooperates with a housing enclosure portion by filling an opening of the housing enclosure, where the housing enclosure and outlet housing portions cooperate with a housing base to define an interior cavity that receives the electrical or electronic components associated with the electrical or data outlets. The electrical components may be installed without any separate mechanical fasteners, and the housing components may be assembled with minimal use of separate fasteners.

摘要： An electrical power and/or electronic data unit is mountable in a floor, and is fitted with an upper bezel that is openable and closable to provide selective access to an interior of the unit, which is optionally fitted with one or more electrical power or data outlets. A lower insert including an intumescent block is supported below an upper housing, and is angularly adjustable relative to the upper housing. One or more bores or openings formed in the lower insert allow the passage of cords into a pass-through opening in the upper housing, and out through an upper bezel cover.

摘要： An electrical terminal assembly is provided for use in a low-profile electrical raceway or the like. The terminal assembly includes first and second conductive bodies and an insulator disposed between them. The first body has at least two branches including respective electrical terminals extending outwardly from a main or central portion, with the terminals positioned in a terminal plane. The second body also has at least two branches including respective electrical terminals extending outwardly from a main or central portion, with the terminals positioned in the same terminal plane as the terminals of the first body. The terminals of the second body are positioned next to respective terminals of the first body. The central portions of the first and second bodies are stacked atop one another and therefore lie in different planes, at least one of which is different from the terminal plane.

摘要： An electrical power and/or electronic data unit is mountable in a floor, and is fitted with an upper bezel that is openable and closable to provide selective access to one or more electrical power or data outlets. A bezel supports one or more shutters that are movable between open and closed positions. Optionally, the shutters are supported on an openable main door that provides additional access to the outlets when the main door is open. The main door can be closed and opened with the shutters in either the open or closed positions. Respective top surfaces of the shutters, the main door, and the bezel may be co-planar when the main door and shutters are closed, and the shutters may be hidden entirely beneath the main door when the main door is closed and the shutters are open.
