摘要： Configurable animal housing (caging) is arranged from an assortment of modules consisting of interchangeable frame cores, interstages, walls and divider panels that address a broad spectrum of animal housing needs. Various configurations include both open living and enrichment areas as well as isolation housing and are easily achieved using a quick-disconnect approach to assembly. Animal resistant lock assemblies hold modules together and use a common key to permit rapid changes of configuration without tools. Systems can address configurations for wall mounting, mobile racking, individual, and group housing, and almost any other configuration animal caregivers would want.

摘要： A compact hand-held device adapted for alternative use as a protective weapon, a tool or a key holder is disclosed. A hollow cylindrical member having an open end and a closed end includes a chamber for storing a plurality of tool elements. A removable closure is threadably received in the open end for sealing the chamber of the hollow member. A key ring is secured to the closure for use of the key ring both as a key holder and as a protective weapon. A hexagon opening in the closed end is provided for rigidly removably securing a corresponding shank of one of the tool elements axially outwardly from the closed end when the tool element is in the operating position. A tapered butt is sealingly and threadably secured on the closed end for providing a protective weapon.

摘要： A method and apparatus for adsorptive fractionation of a gaseous mixture. A twin tower fractionator or dryer apparatus includes a pair of sorbent beds. A filter and valve assembly directs a flow of the gaseous mixture from a source thereof to one of the beds for removing a gaseous component of said mixture while simultaneously directing a flow of purge gas through the other of said beds for stripping the adsorbed gas component therefrom and regenerating the bed. Microprocessor controlled valves control the flow of gases to and from said beds. The towers and associated manifolds are twin bore extrusion prism shaped of heat conductive material. The parallel bores extend axially longitudinally through the tower extrusion with each bore adapted to contain a sorbent bed or bed cartridge. Conductivity probes are used to sense the moisture or adsorbed component front in the sorbent bed. The adsorption cycle is controlled by controlling the cycling of the purge-valves which control flow of purge or regeneration gas through one of the beds while the other is on stream for adsorption.
