摘要: A linear motor includes a primary part which is cooled using a coolant circuit to remove heat loss caused in the current-carrying conductor windings so as to prevent excess operational temperatures in the linear motor. In order to allow the linear motor to be used in immediate proximity of a production machine without affecting operation thereof by interference occurring in the work zone and without affecting the work zone through heat released by the linear motor, the primary part is completely encapsulated by an enveloping casing in conjunction with a cooling plate through which coolant flows. The cooling plate represents the element by which the primary part is secured to the machine part to be moved of the production machine.

摘要: The invention relates to control device and control process for motors. In order to prevent phase distortion and the like in controlled systems, a sensor (250) for detecting the state of movement of a motor (200) is provided directly on or in the force transmission interface (270) of the motor. The sensor can, for example, determine the position, speed or acceleration directly. The invention is particularly suitable for controlling linear motors in high-precision applications, such as machine tools, milling machines or pick-and-place robots.

摘要: The invention relates to a machine for machining workpieces, for example a milling machine or a lathe, including imbalance sensors (60) for determining the imbalance of a rotary element, i.e. the cutter head (40) or of the workpiece (10) to be worked on. The advancement of the workpiece (10) relative to the tool (40) is so corrected in dependence on signals of the imbalance sensors (60) that a possible imbalance deflection of the tool (40) can be compensated. Correspondingly, the tool feed can be so controlled in a lathe in dependence on the rotation angle position and the determined imbalance that balancing can be carried out during or directly after treatment of an imbalance.
