摘要： An anhydrous cosmetic composition may comprise an inorganic heat generating agent which generates a heat by mixing with water; from about 0.1% to about 10% of a polyoxyalkylene derivative; from about 0.2% to about 20% of a phase-changing material; from about 0.1% to about 10% of a cationic conditioning agent; and an inert carrier. The anhydrous cosmetic composition may further comprise plant extracts, proteins, or non-heat generating particles.
