Abstract: A UPM system may include a session manager module to establish interface sessions with a policy enforcement point (PEP) and a policy decision point (PDP). A notification manager module forward event information received from the PEP to the PDP and receive a policy decision from the PDP. A policy engine may determine, based on the event information, whether to forward the policy decision to the PEP, to ignore the policy decision or to modify the policy decision.
