    摘要: There are provided an ophthalmologic information analysis apparatus and an ophthalmologic information analysis program capable of efficiently performing follow-up observation of a subject eye. There is provided: a central processing unit configured to: acquire first analysis data obtained by analyzing an analysis region of the subject eye in first OCT data including the analysis region; acquire second OCT data captured on a day different from that of the first OCT data; perform an analysis comprising: specifying the analysis region corresponding to the first analysis data from the second OCT data; and acquiring second analysis data obtained by analyzing the analysis region in the second OCT data; and control a display to display the first analysis data and the second analysis data in a comparable manner.

    摘要: An ultrasonic tonometer for measuring intraocular pressure of a subject eye by using an ultrasonic wave. The ultrasonic tonometer includes an irradiation unit configured to irradiate the subject eye with a focused ultrasonic wave, and a Z-alignment detection unit configured to detect an alignment state in a working distance direction with respect to the subject eye. An appropriate Z-alignment position is set to a position that is farther from the irradiation unit than is a geometric focal position of the irradiation unit. The appropriate Z-alignment position is detected by the Z-alignment detection unit.

    摘要: A subjective optometry system includes a plurality of subjective optometry devices and a database which stores at least any data of objective measurement data and previous glass data in association with each identifier. Each of the subjective optometry devices includes a calibration optical system, an information processor, and a reader which is connected to the information processor, reads an identifier prepared for each examinee, and outputs information about the read identifier to the information processor. The information processor acquires at least one of the objective measurement data and the previous glass data corresponding to the identifier from the database based on the identifier received from the reader, and sets an initial value of the calibration optical system used on an occasion of subjectively measuring optical characteristics of a subject eye based on at least one of the objective measurement data and the previous glass data.

    摘要: An ophthalmic system for examining a subject eye of an examinee includes a plurality of examination units, a robot mechanism, and a controller. The plurality of examination units have housings different from each other, perform examinations different from each other, and include at least a first examination unit and a second examination unit. The robot mechanism has a holding unit that holds and releases either the first examination unit or the second examination unit, and a moving unit that is connected to the holding unit and moves three-dimensionally. A controller controls driving of the robot mechanism to adjust a relative positional relationship between the subject eye and the first examination unit or the second examination unit held by the holding unit. The first examination unit or the second examination unit is replaced to be held by the holding unit for performing a different examination on the subject eye.

    摘要: An OCT apparatus processes an OCT signal based on reference light and measurement light with which a subject eye is irradiated to capture a tomographic image of a tissue of the subject eye. The OCT apparatus includes a controller. The controller captures a three-dimensional tomographic image of the tissue by irradiating a two-dimensional measurement region, which expands in a direction intersecting an optical axis of the measurement light, with the measurement light. The controller extracts a two-dimensional tomographic image from the three-dimensional tomographic image to display the two-dimensional tomographic image on a display unit. The controller sets an additional imaging position of a tomographic image in a state where the two-dimensional tomographic image is displayed on the display unit. The controller performs additional capturing of a tomographic image by irradiating the set additional imaging position with the measurement light.

When using the eye refractive power measuring unit, a distance from the presentation window to the eye refractive power measurement unit in an optical path is equal to or less than 180 mm.
