摘要： A wearing article adapted to be folded up as compactly as possible in a sanitary manner utilizing the component of the wearing article itself. The wearing article having front and rear waist regions that include a first pair of lateral zones opposed to each other in a transverse direction X and extending in a longitudinal direction Y and a second pair of lateral zones opposed to each other in the transverse direction X and extending in the longitudinal direction Y, respectively. An inner sheet is provided in the respective first lateral zones with mount members defining first engagement regions and hook elements of mechanical fastener are attached to a chassis via these mount members. The diaper has a urine absorbing pad to be mounted on the diaper body. The urine absorbing pad includes a liquid-permeable sheet provided on a wearer's side, a liquid-impermeable sheet provided on a diaper body side, an absorber disposed between the liquid-permeable sheet and the liquid-impermeable sheet laid one on another, and an annular belt formed in a rear end edge region of the urine absorbing pad. When the urine absorbing pad is mounted on the diaper body, an insertion piece of the diaper body is inserted into an opening of the belt, so that the urine absorbing pad is positioned with respect to the diaper body.

摘要： A pants-type wearing article includes front and rear waist regions connected to each other by fastener means in a detachable and refastenable manner. Each of the fastener means comprises a sheet-like supporting element adapted to be folded in a Z-shape or an inverted Z-shape as the front and rear waist regions are put flat together and a fastener element. The supporting element has a top section, a bottom section and an intermediate section connecting the top and bottom sections. Between opposed surfaces of the bottom section and the intermediate section, a sheet-like liner section is provided so as to extend from a bottom section's openable end of the bottom section along these opposed surfaces toward a top section's joint end. The top section is bonded to the intermediate section by a first bonding zone while the liner section is bonded to the bottom section and the intermediate section by a second bonding zone. In the supporting element, the first bonding zone and the second bonding zone overlap each other in a height direction of the Z-shape with interposition of the intermediate section.
