    摘要: A mask for partially blocking ultraviolet rays in TFT glass substrate manufacturing process is disclosed. The mask includes a panel pattern area for forming the panel patterns, and an additional pattern area for forming additional patterns in a rim of the panel pattern area. In addition, a TFT glass substrate and the manufacturing thereof are also disclosed. By arranging the additional patterns in the rim of the panel patterns, the microstructures in the rim of the panel patterns are substantially the same with that in the middle of the panel patterns.

    摘要: A computer automated 3D sketch artist process for generating a computer 3D image of an individual includes the steps of generating a morphable head model as a starting point to develop a composite 3D like picture of the individual by analysis of a prerecorded data base of 3D face pictures, selecting a lighting model to best depict the individual, selecting a mouth model from a prerecorded data base of mouth shapes to best depict the individual's mouth and teeth, selecting an expression model for the individual's composite 3D sketch from a prerecorded data base of facial expressions, and manipulating the generated composite 3D sketch with various morphing tools to selectively modify the composite sketch to best conform to the individual's characteristics.

    摘要: An automatic target tracking system and method employ an image capturing system for acquiring a series of images in real time of a distant area containing a remote target, and a processing system for processing the acquired images to identify the target and follow its position across the series of images. An automatic beam steering and method operate in conjunction with a laser source for emitting a laser beam to be transmitted in the form of a transmitted laser beam extending along a steerable beam transmission axis to the remote target. The beam steering system is controlled by the processing system to steer the beam transmission axis to be aimed at the target being tracked by the target tracking system, so that the transmitted laser beam will be transmitted at the appropriate angle and in the appropriate direction to be aimed at the tracked target.
