Abstract:
An implement mounted on a shaft has a device that either collects or has on it during or after use unwanted matter. The implement has a portion that is easily removable from the shaft and has a section creating at least a partial interference fit with the device to remove the unwanted matter therefrom.
Abstract:
A baking tray includes a top sheet and a bottom sheet. The top sheet has a first top side, a first bottom side, and a first outer perimeter. The first top side includes a first horizontal surface configured for supporting food for cooking in an oven. The bottom sheet has a second top side, a second bottom side, and a second outer perimeter. The second bottom side includes a second horizontal surface configured for supporting the baking tray upon an oven rack. The bottom sheet is attached to the top sheet at an interface adjacent to the first outer perimeter and the second outer perimeter. The second horizontal surface comprises dimple portions and flat portions. The flat portions separate the dimple portions and are spaced from the top sheet. Each of the dimple portions is indented toward the top sheet.
Abstract:
A recessed key and bit holder for detachably holding at least one drill part such as a drill bit and a chuck key having a chuck key handle and a chuck head, onto a handle base of a power tool. There is at least one recessed area disposed on an enlarged handle base, and at least one spring clip having an anchor end and a retaining end. The anchor end is mounted inside the handle base and the retaining end is located inside the recessed area. The structure also has a finger relief cutout portion formed in connection with the recessed area. The recessed area has a handle portion and a head portion, where the handle portion is shaped to accommodate the chuck key handle and drill bit, and the head portion is shaped to accommodate the chuck head.
Abstract:
A fluid filtering device has a housing with a mounting mechanism disposed at the forward end and on the top surface of the housing. A fluid inlet is defined through the housing top surface, and at least one fluid outlet is defined through the housing bottom surface. A valve member is disposed within the housing between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. At least one filter is disposed longitudinally within a portion of the housing rearward of the mounting mechanism. The filter is in fluid communication with the fluid inlet and a fluid outlet and may be removable from the rear of the housing. An actuator extends from the forward end of the housing and is connected with the valve member through the housing. The actuator moves the valve member between a filtered and unfiltered position. In the filtered position, fluid is directed from the fluid inlet and through the rear portion of the housing containing the filter. Upon mounting of the filtering device to the end of a supply member, the portion of the housing containing the filter extends rearwardly from the end of the supply member and is disposed longitudinally adjacent to the supply member.
Abstract:
A portable liquid filtration system includes a container 22 having a filtering assembly 30 therein and an arrangement for indicating the number of times that the cap has been fitted to the container in order to determine the remaining useful life of the filter. The indicator includes a clutch plate 50 having downwardly extending projections that mate with a plurality of upwardly extending projections on the filtering assembly top 34. The cap includes a vent and may include an arrangement to ensure that the filter is positioned correctly therein. Preferably, the indicator releases the filtering assembly after a predetermined number of uses that approximates the life of the filter.
