摘要： A hearing aid earpiece (1) is provided, that is custom fitted to the individual shape of the ear canal of a user and manufactured in a rapid prototyping process. The earpiece comprises a sound conduit (3) that is adapted for conveying an acoustic signal from an acoustic inlet port towards an acoustic outlet port and wherein the sound conduit is looped such that at least one geometrical plane will intersect the sound conduit at least three times thereby providing a length of the sound conduit exceeding a largest outer dimension of the hearing aid earpiece. The invention also relates to a hearing aid comprising such a hearing aid earpiece and a method for manufacturing such an earpiece.

摘要： An ear plug (1) for a hearing aid is made of a resilient material and provided with an extraction cord (4) for providing a grip by which a user can pull the ear plug (1) out of an ear canal. The extraction cord (4) is arranged partly in the resilient material and partly outside the ear plug. A securing bulge (6) is arranged on the part of the extraction cord arranged in the resilient material, in order to secure the position of the extraction cord in the resilient material. The extraction cord is bonded to the resilient material. The invention further concerns a method for manufacturing the ear plug.

摘要： An earplug (100) for a hearing aid includes an ear canal body part (103) with a bore (106) and a sound output passage (107) in communication with the bore and leading to a sound output opening (105) and flanges (104a-d) surrounding said ear canal body part and adapted to engage a wall of an ear canal. The flanges are substantially disc shaped and have an axis of symmetry that is substantially parallel to the axis of symmetry of the bore of the ear canal body part. The invention further provides a hearing aid and a method of inserting a probe tube in an earplug.
