摘要: Techniques for real-time virtual sensing of an axle assembly temperature include determining, at a controller of a vehicle, an initial temperature of an axle assembly of the vehicle based on an ambient temperature and a fluid temperature of a transmission. The techniques include determining, at the controller, an operating mode of the vehicle, the operating mode of the vehicle being one of moving and non-moving. The techniques also include estimating, at the controller, a temperature of the axle assembly based on the initial axle assembly temperature and the vehicle operating mode using an axle temperature model.

摘要: A method and system for monitoring objects in a plurality of management information bases (MIBs) is provided. The objects required for functioning of an application are identified from the MIBs. The application identifies these objects. The identified OIDs are grouped in a group depending on grouping rules provided by the application. A rate for detecting changes in the group is provided. The changes in the group are detected at the provided rate. A notification is generated on detecting a change in the group. The notification is sent to the application. The notification reports a change in the identified OIDs in the group.

摘要: An approach for managing IP telephony devices in a network generally involves associating physical and logical data with an IP telephony device using identification data that identifies the IP telephony device. The physical data specifies one or more attributes of how the IP telephony device is connected to the network, for example, as a switch address, port, or both. The logical data specifies one or more logical attributes of the IP telephony device on the network, for example, an extension number or IP address. Correlating physical and logical data with an IP telephony device using identification data aids in identifying suspect IP telephony devices in a network by identifying IP telephony devices that have physical data, but no logical data and also IP telephony devices that have the same identification data, such as the same media access control layer address.

摘要: A method, system and apparatus for dial plan debugging are provided in the invention. The method includes hop-by-hop debugging of large inter-networks. Information related to a next hop is received at each hop. A set of results, based on this information, including the route pattern of a call, is displayed. The displayed information indicates nodes at which the call may fail. Back-routing of the call in case the call may fail is also described.
