摘要: The invention relates to a modified retrotransposable element wherein one or more polyadenylation sites have been removed from within the genes of the retrotransposable element, and methods of use thereof. Sequences of optimized retrotransposable element are provided that have polyadenylation sites removed, and may be further modified to optimize codon usage for expression in mammals and to add restriction enzyme sites for ease of use.
