According to the method, ethylene oxide reacts with hydrosulphite to generate isethionate, after the isethionate and ammonia are subjected to an ammonolysis reaction under a microwave condition, ammonia removal is conducted to obtain a taurine salt solution, the taurine salt solution is converted into a taurine solution through acidification or ion exchange or ion membrane or heating, and taurine is extracted through concentration and crystallization.     摘要: A method and a production system for recovering and treating taurine mother liquor, which is used for the process of ethylene oxide taurine production process. As for the treatment of the last mother liquor of taurine, add alkali firstly to the last mother liquor of taurine and then acid to form salt, or add salt directly; then concentrate and crystallize and filter, to remove lots of impurities in taurine mother liquor. This solves the problem of separating impurities, greatly shortening the time of removing impurities.     摘要: The present application provides a process for preducing taurine, comprising the steps as follows: (a) mixing isethionic acid with taurine salt solution until the system pH reaches a certain value in a range from 5.0 to 9.5; (b) separating liquid phase and solid phase of the system; wherein said solid phase is the crude product of taurine, and said liquid phase is isethionate solution; (c) reacting ammonia solution with said liquid phase obtained from step (b) to obtain taurine salt solution. It uses isethionic acid to adjust the pH of the taurine salt solution, avoiding the problem causing by using sulphate acid to adjust the pH in the traditional process. By the recycling use of the cations in taurine salts, a new raw material or reagent does not need to be added which is benefit to reducing the use of dangerous chemical materials, simplifying the production process greatly, improving the utilization rate of raw materials, increasing the yield of the product and decreasing production cost significantly.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for recycling a taurine mother liquor, which includes: adding a base to the taurine mother liquor, heating to a first temperature, carrying out a hydrolysis reaction, removing ammonia produced, and evaporating and concentrating the ammonia-removed solution to obtain an alkali metal hydroxyethyl sulfonate solution. When applying the method provided by the present disclosure for the recycling of the taurine mother liquor, the taurine mother liquor can be further converted into the alkali metal hydroxyethyl sulfonate solution, impurities are removed from the obtained alkali metal hydroxyethyl sulfonate solution, the impurity-removed alkali metal hydroxyethyl sulfonate solution is concentrated and crystallized, and the alkali metal hydroxyethyl sulfonate is separated out. The method provided by the present disclosure is an efficient and simple method for recycling the taurine mother liquor, which is very easy to implement industrially and can effectively recycle the taurine mother liquor.
