摘要: Ultrapure water supply apparatuses, substrate processing systems, and substrate processing methods are provided. An ultrapure water supply apparatus includes: a first supply device that produces first ultrapure water; a second supply device that produces second ultrapure water; a first reserved supply device that provides the second supply device with a portion of fluid in the first supply device; and a second reserved supply device that provides the first supply device with a portion of fluid in the second supply device. The first supply device includes a first front-side filtering part, a first rear-side filtering part, and a first connection part. The second supply device includes a second front-side filtering part, a second rear-side filtering part, and a second connection part. Each of the first and second reserved supply devices connects the first connection part and the second connection part to each other.

摘要: A container for treating a fluid with an ion-exchange system is provided. The container includes a housing extending in an upright position between a bottom port and an opposed top port. The housing has an internal chamber. A bottom plate is disposed in the internal chamber above the bottom port and having a plurality of openings defined therethrough. The bottom plate divides the internal chamber between a main chamber and a bottom chamber. The bottom chamber is defined between the bottom plate and the bottom port. A plurality of diffusers extend from the bottom plate into the main chamber. Each one of the plurality of diffusers has a diffuser tube section projecting upwardly from the bottom plate and in fluid flow communication with the bottom chamber. The diffuser tube section has radial openings circumferentially distributed along a length thereof to radially discharge the fluid in the main chamber.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composition comprising monomeric conjugates from a sample, said conjugate comprising (a) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of interleukin 15 or derivatives thereof, and (b) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of the sushi domain of IL-15Rα or derivatives thereof; wherein said method comprises the use of anion-exchange chromatography followed by a hydrophobic interaction chromatography; and to a pharmaceutical composition which can be obtained by such a method.

摘要: A portable water conditioning system is provided that includes an incoming water inlet; a reverse osmosis stage in fluid communication with the incoming water inlet, the reverse osmosis stage having a permeate outlet and a concentrate outlet; a diversion device having a diversion valve, the diversion valve placing the concentrate outlet in fluid communication with a waste water outlet; a deionizing stage in fluid communication with a pure water outlet; a bypass valve configured to selectively place the permeate outlet in fluid communication with one or more of the waste water outlet, the deionizing stage, and the pure water outlet; and a controller configured to control the diversion device and the bypass valve to provide water at the pure water outlet of a desired condition.

摘要: Systems and methods are described for ion chromatography systems and electrolytic suppressors. By varying the operating frequency of an electrolytic suppressor, the generation of bubbles and noise can be minimized. This leads to more accurate results in e.g., a conductivity detector downstream of an electrolytic suppressor within an ion chromatography system. In certain embodiments, it has been found that frequencies of around 700-750 Hz, 100-150 Hz and 925-975 Hz have achieved the best results.

摘要: A water treatment system comprising filter and filter head is provided. The filter comprises: a cartridge; a cap attached to the cartridge; the cartridge comprises: first compartment comprising first water-treating medium/s; second compartment comprising second water-treating medium/s; the cap comprises a selector. The filter further comprises bypass/es extending from the selector and throughout first compartment and into second compartment, each of the bypass/es having an inlet and an outlet. In first state all water entering the filter passes through the first compartment; in second state all water entering the filter bypasses first compartment and passes through second compartment. In intermediate state/s first part of water enters the filter passing through the first compartment and a second part of water enters the filter bypassing the first compartment and passes through the second compartment. The filter head is reversibly attachable to the cap.

摘要: A method of operating a chromatography column is described for use in methods of manufacture for producing anti-TNF antibodies, e.g., the anti-TNFα antibody SIMPONI® (golimumab). This method involves collecting column outlet signal and accumulated flow parameters at two or more intervals of at least one mobile phase transition front during operation of the chromatography column comprising column packing. A model gamma cumulative distribution curve is calculated based on the collected column outlet signal and accumulated flow parameters for the at least one mobile phase transition front. A height equivalent theoretical plate (HETP) value is calculated for the at least one mobile phase transition front using parameters of the model gamma cumulative distribution curve and the quality of the chromatography column packing is assessed based on the calculated HETP value.
