Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method, a server and a system for subscribing for Presence Information, wherein the method includes: receiving a request from a watcher for subscribing Presence Information; obtaining a public group that is allowed to subscribe from the authorization rules of the publisher of the Presence Information; obtaining a member list of the public group; generating a Presence Information message according to the authorization rules and sending the Presence Information message to the watcher, if the watcher is a member of the public group. A user may set the authorization rules for all the members in the whole public group at a time, rather than configuring for each member one by one. As a result, operation processes may be reduced and operation time may be shortened, so that users may have better experience in IMS service.
Abstract:
A method of electromagnetic interference assessment applicable to a receiver, comprising the following steps: initially, scanning a plurality of frequencies; next, for each scanned frequency, measuring corresponding signal strength value; finally, based on the correspondence between the frequencies and the signal strength values, acquiring an analysis curve graph, furthermore assessing the extent of electromagnetic interference occurring in the receiver through the acquired analysis curve graph.
Abstract:
A method and system for searching for online users. A storage unit is set for an SP, and adapted to store the basic information and status information of users. Thus, after receiving an online user search request carrying search conditions from an XDMC, the SP may determine online users meeting the search conditions according to the basic information and status information of users in the storage unit, and returning search results carrying the basic information of the online users to the XDMC. The storage unit may be set for the SP or shared by the SP and the XDMS. Because the storage unit set for the SP stores the basic information and status information of users, the SP does not need to interact with the PS to obtain the status information of users and or interact with the XDMS to obtain the basic information of users after receiving an online user search request from the XDMC.
Abstract:
A system for maintaining presence information of public group members is provided, which includes a presence server and a group list management server, and further includes a presence group server, connected to the presence server and the group list management server and adapted to obtain information of the public group members from the group list management server according to a received subscription request for the presence information of the public group members, subscribe for the presence information of the public group members from the presence server, and save the presence information of the public group members. A presence group server and a method for maintaining presence information of public group members are also provided, which can reduce the stress on a resource list server and a presence server in terms of performance and resource occupation.
Abstract:
Screening methods for identifying patients with an increased likelihood of having ovarian cancer are provided. The screening methods involve the detection of expression of a plurality of biomarkers in a body sample, wherein overexpression of the biomarkers is indicative of an increased likelihood of having ovarian cancer. The screening methods may further comprise a two-step analysis. Biomarkers of interest include genes and proteins that are, for example, involved in defects in DNA replication/cell cycle control, cell growth and proliferation, escape from apoptosis, angiogenesis or lymphogenesis, or the mechanisms of cancer cell motility and invasion. In some aspects of the invention, expression of a biomarker is detected at the protein level using a biomarker-specific antibody or at the nucleic acid level using nucleic acid hybridization techniques. Methods for detecting ovarian cancer in patients are further disclosed herein. Kits for practicing the methods of the invention are further provided.
Abstract:
A small-footprint hands-free speakerphone apparatus includes a loudspeaker, at least one main microphone, at least one reference microphone, and openings for receiving sound. The loudspeaker is disposed within a speaker chamber. Each microphone is mounted in a microphone boot formed by an acoustic opaque resilient material. Each main microphone may be omni-directional or directional. Each reference microphone is omni-directional. An opening is formed in front of each microphone for receiving sound for the microphone. An opening is formed in back of each directional main microphone for receiving sound and forming directivity for the microphone. An opening is formed in the microphone boot for each reference microphone to receive sound from the loudspeaker. An opening may also be formed in the loudspeaker chamber for passing sound to the reference microphone. The apparatus may include one or more interface units to provide interface to external devices.
Abstract:
Methods, systems, and computer program products for performing the method are provided. The method includes receiving in a customer relationship management (CRM) application, data from a communication made by a first person using a social interaction application that allows third party access to communications. The method also includes assigning based on the data, a sentiment indicator to the communication according to a predefined scale and generating at least one output to the first person using the CRM application in response to receiving the data, the output based on the sentiment indicator.
Abstract:
A method and a system are described that involve a graphical user interface (GUI) for provisioning and editing of an account's business information in an interaction center. In one embodiment, the GUI includes a navigation panel and a set of predefined navigation links in the navigation panel. The GUI further includes a main screen that displays business information for an account in response to selecting a navigation link from the set of predefined navigation links and an editable table that contains the business information for the account, wherein the editable table is displayed in the main screen. In another embodiment, the method includes selecting a navigation link from a set of predefined navigation links in a navigation panel. The method further includes displaying business information for an account, within a main screen, in response to selecting the navigation link. And finally, editing the displayed business information according to requests of the account.
