Abstract:
A portable bar that is capable of being disassembled and assume a collapsed position to facilitate storage. The bar is to include a counter which is spaced from a base that is to rest on a supporting surface. In between the counter and the base is located shelving. The shelving is to include one or more buckets. The counter is to have connected thereto a cutting board and a condiment tray with both the cutting board and condiment tray each being movable between a retracted position, which is the storage position, and an extended position, which is the usage position. The portable bar is to be connectable to an umbrella assembly which is to function to cover the counter area in order to provide shade from the sun and protection from rain to an individual utilizing the bar.
Abstract:
A machine that makes bubbles that are dispensed vertically. A membrane-forming system forms a bubble solution membrane over a bubble ring. Air is passed through the bubble ring by a blowing fan, which is intermittently operated to allow contact between a membrane-forming ring and the bubble ring. Bubble solution is continuously supplied to the bubble rings from a central reservoir. Safety switches prevent operation of the bubble-making machine unless there is bubble solution in the reservoir, the main housing is properly connected to the fan, and the bubble machine is in an upright position (and not tipped over). The present invention provides continuous operation for the duration of the bubble solution supply, and is easily washed, used, maintained, and manufactured.
Abstract:
A beverage container for hot liquids which has a vessel with a completely enclosed, thermally insulated, internal chamber within which is to be placed a quantity of consumable hot liquid. A cap is removably mounted on the vessel which is to completely close the internal chamber and, by removing of the cap, permit an additional quantity of hot liquid to be supplied into the internal chamber. A dispensing passage, usually in the form of a tube, extends from the internal chamber to the cap with there being a valve mounted in conjunction with the dispensing passage with this valve being mounted within the cap. Air pressure is to be supplied into the internal chamber which is to cause a small portion of the hot liquid to be conducted through the passage, past the valve, and into a reservoir mounted in conjunction with the cap. The reservoir is open to the ambient permitting consuming of the hot liquid from the reservoir by a human. The pumping of the air into the internal chamber can be accomplished by a bellows assembly mounted in conjunction with the vessel or by a hand operated piston and cylinder arrangement.
Abstract:
A storybook pillow where a pillow that is designed to rest the head of a human includes a radio transmitter. Upon the pillow being used by applying pressure to the pillow by the users head, the radio transmitter is activated emitting a signal. A radio receiver, separate from the pillow but located in close proximity thereto picks up the signal and activates a sound playback device which reproduces a recorded sound. The radio receiver is to be mounted in conjunction with the representation of a book.
Abstract:
A food cutting holder mounted in conjunction with a toaster for toasting bagels, muffins, bread slices and other similar types of foodstuff. The food cutting holder is to be confinable within the housing of the toaster when in the storage position and removable from the housing when it is intended to be used. The food cutting holder confiningly locates the food item in a precise position facilitating division of the food item into a plurality of separate pieces. It is intended that these separate pieces are then to be toasted within the toaster.
Abstract:
A cup holder (10) which comprises a figurine (12) mounted on a base (22). The figurine (12) includes a pair of arms (14) with the hands (16) located in a downwardly extending position forming a pair of hook members. The hook members are to be located over the rim (30) of a cup (36) with an interlocking device (32) mounted on the cup (36) directly adjacent the bottom (34) of the cup (36) connecting with a lock hole (24) in the base (22). The figurine (12) is sufficiently deflectable so as to permit disengagement of the figurine (12) from the cup (36). When disengaged, the figurine (12) can be located internally or externally in a stacked position on the cup (36). The figurine (12) can also be mounted on the inverted cup (36) resembling a trophy.
Abstract:
The including of an engagable flange with an article of human wearing apparel, such as a cap, that has a specific exterior ornamental configuration. An elongated, illuminatable, plastic, light tube, which includes an elongated resilient gap, is to be snapped onto the flange formed on the wearing apparel and is to be snugly retained thereon. The light tube is to be flexible so as to accommodate to the specific shape of flange. The illuminatable tube includes a liquid which is to be activatable which will cause the tube to glow for a period of time. Also, the body of the tube will contain a separate light activatable substance which can be used to cause the tube to emit light after expiration of the light from the liquid.
