    摘要： Described are packages and systems for conveniently dispensing tongue cleaning devices. The packages include containers containing a plurality of tongue cleaning devices. The package and devices are arranged in such a fashion that the tongue cleaning devices are presented individually for dispensing from the container. Arrangements for achieving convenient dispensing include strips containing a plurality of tongue cleaning devices attached to one another and wound around a spindle within the container. The strip exits an opening in the container and conveniently presents devices sequentially which can be separated from one another at relatively weak points along the strip and/or using cutting elements on the container. Additional embodiments include a plurality of tongue cleaning devices in a stacked relationship in a container, and presented individually for sequential dispensing from the container. The invention provides packages, articles of manufacture and tongue cleaning devices which can be conveniently stored, used, and transported, and which are readily adapted as disposable items thus avoiding the need for cleaning and storing operations of conventional non-disposable tongue cleaners.

    摘要： An oral-care system is disclosed. The system includes a handle portion and an attachable yoke structure for coupling tongue scraping ribbons or strips to the handle portion. The tongue scraping ribbons or strips are coated with or include a whitening agent, an anti-bacterial agent, an anti-microbial agent, a flavoring agent or a combination thereof. The system includes a container unit or dispenser unit for dispensing the tongue scraping ribbons or strips from a spool of tongue scraping ribbons or strips and for dispensing floss from a spool of floss. In further embodiments of the invention, the container unit or dispenser unit is configured to dispense chewable or soluble ribbons or strips that include a whitening agent, an anti-bacterial agent, an anti-microbial agent, a flavoring agent or any combination thereof, which are released in the user's mouth during use.

The surgical assembly also includes a first guide adapted to be secured to the tray trial. The first guide has a guide opening defined therein. The guide opening has a first bushing-receiving portion and a second bushing-receiving portion which is distinct from the first bushing-receiving portion. The surgical assembly also includes a drill bushing positionable in either the first bushing-receiving portion of the guide opening or the second bushing-receiving portion of the guide opening. The drill bushing has a bushing bore extending therethrough. The bushing bore has a center point. The center point of the bushing bore of the drill bushing is offset from the center point of the plate opening of the tray trial in a first direction when the drill bushing is positioned in the first bushing-receiving portion of the guide opening. The center point of the bushing bore of the drill bushing is offset from the center point of the plate opening of the tray trial in a second direction when the drill bushing is positioned in the second bushing-receiving portion of the guide opening. A method of surgically preparing a tibia for implantation of a prosthetic implant is also disclosed.
