摘要： A method of manufacturing an inflatable cuff is provided. The method includes the acts of stretching a tube, creating a positive pressure within the tube, changing the amount the tube is stretched, heating the tube, and increasing the positive pressure within the tube such that a portion of the tube in blown outward to form a cuff.
